While I was writing that last entry, I got a phone call from a landlord who has offered us our BRAND NEW APARTMENT HOLY CRAP and you have no idea the level of effort required to finish off the previous entry using a calm, cool, and collected tone of voice before I got to this one where I could go AIIEAAHA YAAHAA and WHOOOOOZIEWEEHAUKEN!! about having a new adorable lovely apartment for me and my Muffin! WHEEEEEEEEE!
