Roundabout

SO to SUMMARIZE MY MORNING:
I go to class at what I believe is technically termed ASS EARLY,
get there, and it is immediately clear this is an intro class. I think my first clue was when someone in the class did not know what bacteria was.
So I think to myself, "I had better track down an advisor, since it does not make much sense for me to be in here."
I think to myself, "Let's start in the Bio office!" I get there to find a remarkably rude secretary who interrupts me halfway through my question and tells me to go find some advisor, the location of whom is known only to the people in the Dean's office.
I walk from the Bio office, to the Dean's office, who sends me to the Library, who sends me to the Café, who sends me back to the Library, who tells me the advisor is not in, so I should go check with the Dean's Office, who finally gives me directions to the advisor's office, who tells me that I am exempt from this intro class, and so I finally head back to the Biology office again, since this advisor advised me to find a different advisor.
There I see the same secretary. Who starts to tell me to find the same person she sent me to find in the first place. I have to interrupt her and say, no, I need the undergraduate advisor, not the preprofessional advisor, like I told you already, I need to make an appointment to see this other guy, and she says she cannot make appointments, I just have to go to his office hours, and she points to a sign on which said hours are printed.
At the bottom of the sign is a note advising evening students (such as myself) to call this phone number to make an appointment outside of regular hours.
I go off campus, to a place where my phone works, and call the number.
And who answers?
The secretary.
Who tells me she cannot make appointments.

This leaves us with several unanswered questions:
1) Why is the only biology undergrad advisor for the entire school available only between 1:30 and 2:30 on Wednesdays?
2) Why did nobody think to mention that I should be exempted from this class? Since I spoke to two other people calling themselves advisors during my initial registration?
3) Why did the secretary not tell me the proper person to talk to the FIRST time I saw her, two and a half hours before the SECOND time I saw her?
4) Who let the secretary escape from the Twatwad Zoo?
5) Is EVERY school like this? Or am I just unlucky?
6) Why the fuck am I even bothering with this in the first fucking place?
7) Where the fuck is a cookie for me to eat?
